By participating in KIX 105.5 contests, you agree to abide by the KIX 105.5 Contest Rules.

All winners must be at least 16 years of age to participate to win, unless stated otherwise.

Any prize won on KIX 105.5 must be picked up within 30 days of winning at our studios at 39 Church Street, St. Johnsbury between 4 PM and 6 PM.

If the prize is not picked up within 30 days, the prize is forfeited.

Prizes may not be substituted or replaced if lost.

All winners must wait 30 days before they or anyone in the same household can win again. This applies to all contestants for all games, contests, trivia, etc.

Should someone win on KIX 105.5, and we realize that they have already won a prize in the last 30 days, that person will be notified that they are not eligible to win. The prize will become null and void and will be returned to our prize locker.

Winners of gift cards or gift certificates for any amount or product may use only ONE gift card or gift certificate per purchase in a 30-day period.

A driver’s license or other government-issued ID is required for all prize pickups, and only the winner may pick up the prize. If you wish to have a prize picked up for you by someone else, please send a note releasing the prize to the person picking it up, along with a copy of your driver’s license or other government-issued ID.

Due to the large number of prizes we handle daily, we are unable to mail out prizes.

On holidays and days of inclement weather, please call ahead to 802-626-0977 to verify that our offices are open or will not be closing early.
