A man from Glover was ordered held without bail following his arraignment on Wednesday on three counts of sexual assault. Atticus Gillen, 31, is accused of committing the crimes in 2021 in the town of Waterville, Vt. Detective Trooper Vienna Gildea, from the Williston barracks of the Vermont State Police, reported that Gillen was arrested on Wednesday and taken to Lamoille Superior Court for arraignment. Following pleas of not guilty, the judge ordered that Gillen be held without bail. He is jailed at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility in St. Johnsbury.
